Exchange & Return Policy


We take pride in our merchandise but for any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly assist you for your satisfaction.
For Exchanges:
1. Please notify us via email within 24 hours after you have received your package
2. We’’ll e-mail you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to exchange your item.
3. After receiving the RMA number you need to send your item the following day.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. We must receive the exchanging package within 7 business days after you have received your RMA number.
6. If you have not contacted the sales representative or received RMA number the item will be returned back to you.
7. Exchange is allowed one time only
8. Exchanging item must be in original condition. (hanger, tag, plastic bag, no odor, and etc)
9. Exchange item will not have restock fee but will be charged for the 2nd shipping cost.
10. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while shipping; therefore, we recommend our customers to use delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

For Returns:
1. Please notify us via email within 24 hours after you have received your pacakge
2. We’ll e-mail you the RMA number to return your item.
3. After receiving the RMA number you must send your item out the following day.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. We must receive the returning package within 7 business days after you have received your RMA number
6. For any reason, if you do not have RMA number, we’ll ship back the item at owner’s cost
7. Return items will have 25% of restocking fee
8. All returning items must be in its original condition.
9. All return shipping charges are your responsibility
10. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while shipping; therefore we recommend our customers to use delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

 

If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase

We advise that you ship all items via insu#333 mail. This is to protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping. All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. If inspection fails it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale.
